Welcome to the beta version of Dicte, an innovative SaaS solution that aims to transform the way you manage and analyze meetings with the help of artificial intelligence. By using this beta version of Dicte, which is available on both iOS and Android smartphones, you agree to abide by the General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) that are specific to the beta test phase.

2. Access to the Beta Version

Access to this Beta version is granted free of charge to a limited number of users, selected based on criteria established by Dicte. This test phase allows you to explore all the currently available features on Dicte, at no cost, for a predetermined period announced in advance in the application and on the Dicte.AI website.

3. Services Offered

During the Beta test period, Dicte offers you the ability to record meetings, transcribe audio recordings with speaker identification, generate multilingual transcriptions, and use various AI tools for in-depth analysis of your meeting content. These tools include the creation of simplified reports, detailed reports, and SWOT analyses.

4. Beta Testers Agreements

As a beta tester, you agree to:

  • Use Dicte under the Beta Terms and Conditions.
  • Provide constructive feedback on your experience, including encountered bugs and suggestions for improvement.
  • Keep confidential all information related to this Beta version of Dicte, unless explicitly authorized
5. Confidentiality and Security

Dicte is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your data during the Beta test phase. We use open-source AI models to ensure ethical and unbiased use of technology. We employ anonymization mechanisms for content to avoid identifying names of people, places, companies, etc.

6. End of Beta Test Period

At the end of the Dicte Beta test period, Beta accounts will automatically be converted to free accounts. Beta testers will have the opportunity to migrate to a paid plan, subject to specific conditions that will be communicated to them.

7. Modifications to Services and Beta Terms and Conditions

Dicte reserves the right to modify or discontinue any or all of the Dicte Beta services at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes to these Dicte Beta Terms and Conditions

Dicte cannot be held responsible for malfunctions or data losses that occur during the Beta test period. The use of this Beta version of Dicte is at your own risk.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Beta Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
